Cacao Ceremony

Join us for an evening of heart-opening cacao medicine, reflection and connection. These gatherings invite retreat participants and our wider community to slow down, share presence and experience the warmth of coming together in a held and intentional space.

Medicine is music. Medicine is community. Join us to explore rhythm, learn to play and experience the energy of creating sound together. Bring your own instrument... djembes, shamanic drums and rattles are all welcome. A limited number of drums are available to hire.

Stay afterwards for Community Kirtan at 4:00 pm and practise what you have learnt.
